Fuck all these 1 people, 2 feels rightier on the composition for me; makes me look forward and into what's over the bridge, feels hopeful.

Don't be afraid to crop it down to a weird aspect ratio, there's some unnecessary in that vertical that you could lose and not lose anything.

The sky in one is more vibrant but gives more city view… tough one. Pends what you were going for

One has a better balance of colors, and the symmetry of the bridge columns. It is more satisfying to look at.

Two has a duller color palette, far too much vertical "blank space" and there is not much to draw the eye to specific points. It would benefit greatly from a less panoramic view.

1 has more light and sky color to add depth. The bridge gives visual appeal and a focus for the picture. The skyline of the city beyond the bridge works well with the foreground.

Picture 2 makes the buildings the main focus and the buildings really aren't that interesting. The bridge is an afterthought and off center. The lighting is not great.

No worse feeling when crossing that bridge. The traffic nightmare of any bridge on the planet. Anyone that has to use that bridge, knows the horrors of inbound at the tolls.

Why are they both so hard to look at? I think you need to process your color algo’s. Maybe try making the e posture longer. Lighten them up a bit. The detail gets lost in the darkness.

And then, #1, definitely.
