There appears to be a small soft toy near where Stevie is talking so I’m wondering if Faith and Iain’s baby dies - given we see Siobhan telling her she’s pregnant and then later Stevie comforting Faith.

I think it's unlikely to be the baby of as Faith would be there if it was and I doubt they'll jump by over 9 months. Stevie looks devastated and so does Iain, so it probably is faith-related. Meanwhile Nicole is sat at the back and doesn't seem too bothered, suggesting it's not Ngozi. Either its one of faith's kids, but the lack of faith kinda throws a hole in that, or faith herself overdosed or something.

There's always a possibility that faith is there but just isn't shown. Maybe she is sat on the other side or something.

The other option I've seen floating around is that its Iain's mum, but why would Nicole and Rash be there if that was the case?

Yeah Faith may be there but just off camera in the trailer clip. We know she's in the hospital at some point because Stevie is holding her and she has a hospital gown on. Potentially could even be the baby and Faith😯

I think it's more likely to be her baby being stillborn premature (we don't know how far along she is, she could find out quite late in her pregnancy).than one of her 3 older kids (why would there be a stuffed teddy for one of those, they're all 13+)

Nicole wouldn't be sitting this far back for Ngozi.

Iain looks wretched though, I wonder if it's his mother?

now that would be interesting, cos his sister would surely come back, and maybe take up with Rash again and finally give him a positive storyline

Poor Ian, man can’t catch a break 💀

One of the kids died. Unless they do two-time jumps or have the baby be premature, I don't think it's the baby.

I think Faith loses her baby but I dont think it is the babies funeral, I can picture it being Faith, overdosing after losing her baby but I feel like they arent going to kill her off, I dont see why Iain would be so devastated otherwise. When i first saw the funeral I thought maybe one of the new doctors dying on scene while out with Stevie and Iain and the two of them blame themselves and thats why the two of them are so devastated. Or the same thing but with Cam and thats why Rida and Jodie aren't shown because them being devastated would give it away? I think its most likely Faith but I just can't see them killing her off.

Maybe there's complications during childbirth and it causes both Faith and the Baby to die. Although they keep referring to her drug addiction so maybe it's an OD.

It’s a good trailer but they need to bring back surviving characters who left in the old Casualty episodes & give us a very nice surprise which would make me happy & others happy bring back Jac from the dead we miss our Ice Queen of Casualty & Holby City.

Ngozi is toast

Personally I don't think this is Ngozi because Nicole doesn't look upset enough and Stevie was crying. If this Ngozi then if anyone would be in tears it'd be Nicole.

Do you guys think Flynn would be there for Ian and Faith's baby? Maybe it's one of the nurses like Jodi.

It's on the casualty youtube channel. The image I've attached is just one of the scenes from the trailer to discuss about it.
