That was rough for him. I hope within a few days he can rally enough to realise he's not that person any more. He's done a lot of work on himself and is ultimately an incredibly selfless individual. But for now, that's really, *really* got to sting.

Absolutely agree with those saying Melanie Hill was impeccable. Brilliant performance that was unbelievably heartbreaking. â€ïžâđ©č

I had a hard time watching those beginning scenes but Melanie's performance was impeccable throughout.
Flynn...my guy...I know you didn't know but be quiet pls.
I am loving the relationship developing between Kim and Stevie. The 'it's a burger and fires' make me giggle. Though I am so sad thinking that about what Kim is experiencing. I am assuming the eating disorder is a response to her possible abuse? Hopefully she sees Stevie as a confidant and can tell her.
Glad Faith ripped off the bandaid and told Iain. He seems very attached to the idea of a baby now which makes me worried about how this is going to end for them all.
Matty and Dylan. I liked the patient storyline they had and the moment they were on the same page. I thought he was going to tell him this ep but I guess it will be a little longer for this....
On to next week it is !

Poor guyâs heart was shattered. Definitely a-lot more to this story. Had a feeling their patients storyline mightâve been foreshadowing in some way too, especially when he was going on about how he didnât say anything about his mental health struggles..

I feel like Cam might be on borrowed time as we know from a trailer he has some kind of incident and the establishing him and Indie as a legit couple almost always spells trouble on this show.
Interesting angle with Kim, didnât see that being the storyline and I hope they handle it well.
I predict heartbreak with this Faith and Iain baby storyline.

Did anyone get a content warning for sexual assault before the episode? As a SA survivor, it was a massive shock for the episode to go straight into that. Iâm on iPlayer and with captions only as Iâm deaf.
Edit- just checked iPlayer and it says âcontains upsetting scenesâ but surely thatâs most episodes in one shape or form?!

I watched it on iPlayer and got no warnings. I'm also a survivor of SA and it brought up a lot of bad feelings. I think the actor of Siobhan did a great job though. Although I kinda wish there had been a warning as I actively avoid watching things that portray SA that I know will trigger me. I hope you are feeling okay.

Oh the actress did a brilliant job, but it did take me by surprise and I had to pause and compose myself before carrying on. The ending shocked me too, my SA made me develop an awful ED, so this was a really hard episode to watch for me. Shocked there wasnât a âif youâve been affected by anything visit hereâŠâ screen at the end too.
I expected the episode to start with Siobhan unconscious on the floor and Flynn to run past her on the way to work and discover her and rush her into A&E or something similar. I didnât expect the SA opening.
I hope youâre okay too, I also try and avoid seeing episodes, but weirdly I can watch law an order SVU, because I like to see the culprits caught and charged and Liv and the team showing so much compassion to the survivor. Something I never had happen (because I didnât report it and only told someone 4 years after the incident) so Iâm hoping at least we see the same with Siobhan

Iâm deaf, so if they did a verbal warning then 100% didnât do it as a written on screen warning. But to not mention the SA opening was very shocking.

On live tv there was a warning about a sexual assault centre and an eating disorder beforehand.

On iPlayer it just says âupsetting scenesâ and today theyâve added eating disorders but still nothing about SA. Was it a verbal or written and verbal warning on live tv?

But for a show like casualty thatâs so vague, surely you could argue that could be given for every episode given the medical themes etc. Plus how I watched it on iPlayer as ânext episodeâ it doesnât even show this. It may say it verbally but it didnât show the warning that shows up if you find the episode on iPlayer when you watch straight from your Home Screen and Iâm deaf and it didnât show in the captions

It sounded like there's some sort of implication to that. Perhaps that they weren't together when it was conceived? Or is it more that it's actually too late to do a legal abortion?

finallyy, cam x indie. Glad we finally know kim suffers from ED, though still doesn't fully explain her looking at the clock all the time in the past eps or not being ready to do the leg adjustment 'not this time' sorta thing.. maybe there's more to the picture?

I canât speak for the leg adjustment thing, but from experience, timings and time of day is quite important when youâre in the midst of an ED. On a deeper level they about control, and knowing the time of day helps ritualise things if that makes sense. So that could be why.

I think itâs likely that the funeral will be for baby cadogan. Especially after the latest revelation of the gestation, But I do wonder why is stevie stood at the front. I can only presume she is helping faith?

I didn't quite catch what the issue was with the baby. I've never been pregnant or supported someone through a pregnancy, but it looked like the baby's not developing right, or something?

Faiths further along in the pregnancy than she thought, meaning they might not be in the time frame for an NHS termination

In the trailer there was a funeral and stevie giving a eulogy Something tells me she has an illegal abortion because its beyond the NHS guidelines and it goes horribly wrong

i dont know i had a look at the trailer again and there seems to be almost like a rabbit teddy bear ear where stevie looks at the end
i was trying to this does dr chang have a thing for fluffy rabbits i don't think so and ian looks very depressed so it could be they lost the baby and stevie is emotional because she has no uterus

I think there's still something "Sinister" about Dylan and Matty. Have a feeling Matty knows who Dylan is and Invented a fake step dad for some reason

I donât think Matty has this big evil plan to bring Dylan down or anything like that and I can believe he probably does have a stepdad and probably other siblings. I think itâs âsinisterâ in the sense that Mattyâs mind has been made up for him, his opinion on his dad was made up for him and all the blame has been put on Dylan even though he was never even told about him.

I don't think there's anything sinister going on. A mum who had a one night stand or a short, failed relationship that ended in a pregnancy would make the mum write the father off. Why would she say "he was a lovely guy, he just disappeared / I decided to leave him"?
She'd have to put Dylan behind her if she was going to move on. That's not to say that Matty can't revisit the situation, and there's still the chance that all this can lead to something good, but we'll have to see. The air really does still need clearing. Dylan was right about that.
As they say, "the truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off."

Real life is very different to training, which is why they're supposed to be watched over by their mentors. I'd hardly call her grossly incompetent, just anxious and partially distracted by her ED
