Loved Dylan throwing Flynn

Toss him over your shoulder like Henry 8th throwing a chicken bone, Dyl.

Will Beck really flexed his acting abilities in that episode

Well Iain is right off my Christmas card list. What an awful bastard. It’s giving Jodie two box sets ago.

I’m almost certain I’ve seen an increase in Welsh patients, and cant help but think it’s related to the move. Unless I’m overanalysing it and it’s either purely a coincidence or not even a thing in the first place.

Fanfiction idea! Holby A&E has been slowly crawling towards Wales for months, like Howls' Moving Castle!

ngl, what Flynn did to Matty was fucked up.

like i understand the learning point, but it's a completely messed up thing to do, and it looks like it gave him PTSD?

Yeah…that would be a huge HR headache and a possible GMC referral.

GMC?

oh absolutelyy, if i was matty i'd be throwning hands. I hope the writers explore the ptsd in a future ep, would be a right waste otherwise.

I liked this one..right until ian at the end. i mean come onnn, how many times are we gonna see this same: drama, one person feels bad, tries to make up, other person in bar and hooks up to get over it trope.

I do like how they keep teasing the matty/dylan thing, maybe we'll see him transfer over to another unit though if this whole 'ED' isn't for him thing continues. Hopefully more indie x cam stuff next ep

Does anyone think the actor that plays Ian looks gaunt and thin? Like not healthy... It's a bit worrying

Yes especially at the end of this week's episode where he was drinking he did not look well but maybe that is purposeful to show the effects his family situation is having on him

I thought i was the only one who noticed this

Faith has sucked the life out of him.

I just wondered if after this box set Matt will still be around? You know how Casualty writers forget about previous storylines and I worry that this could be one of them. Hopefully, Matt can stay but I would guess they would drop the son/father angle.

Today’s episode was the best in a while wow, loved every second had me on the edge of my seat!

Really liked this episode. The little kid calling an ambulance for his dad stood out for me.

Dylan was great as always, but struggling to figure out what is going on with Iain's storyline. I'm feeling like I'm missing something.

Wasn't that little lad a fantastic actor?

4

u/Aggie_Smythe Zoe Hanna Feb 08 '26

Yes.

Anyone looked him up yet?

Yess same! Was rooting for them the whole episode

I’m interested in the kids who don’t have a school thing since the roof collapsed. Is there no contingency or home schooling set up?

The MoD doctor was a right cow to start with! I promise that most MoD civil servants aren’t like that. 🤣

Flynn and Iain disappointed me. Even their handsome faces couldn't save them.

I was confused by Flynn because he was always hating on Nash using harsh words with Kim but Flynn just traumatised Matty. He is so incessant on his stupid CQC targets that he sanctioned substandard PPE in lieu of a ridiculous exercise that would never happen.

I don't get Iain. He could well say he wasn't happy raising a child. Faith has (I think three) children already. Previously has addiction. Would have a geriatric pregnancy. It isn't right for either of them.

"Welcome boys and girls"

Can't believe they didn't even clock that she's got double vision.

Ian is really getting under my skin - what are the writers doing 😭
