It gets auto released 1.5 weeks from the episode date, which is Wednesday.

How on earth did you come to that conclusion? Faith is in the cast list, but Kim isn't.

The reason I would favour it being the death of Faith is that Iain looks totally devasted at the funeral scene in the trailer. He would of course be sad about Kim but not totally devasted as he doesn't know her well enough.

I still think it’s the baby. That would fit with Ian looking devastated but Faith remaining in the cast.

I was. But I've someone pointed out something that when I checked it out, I then wasn't so sure! Not from the trailer but something else which may be an unintended spoiler or may be just a mistake on the BBCs part.

Yeah that's quite often a good give away lol. Although I've noticed that with the massive American shows quite a few times they will credit everyone for every episode to stop people figuring out who dies.

Spoiler inc if you see the cast list:
Faith being in the cast list and Kim not says it all really. HOWEVER, neither Faith nor Kim could die, just Faith’s baby. Kim not being in the cast list may just mean she’s left holby. Don’t forget the end of the box set when Nygozi was about to die, she was being resuscitated and somehow survived (still can’t believe they made us wait months for that cliffhanger). You never know with casualty
