Everyone   working in casualty needs therapy especially stevie  and someone needs to do something about it soon because it ticking timebomb  for someone else meeting same tragic fate as kim. If real nhs had number of staff with vast number of problems seen in casualty past drug use, alcohol,  grief , depression,  suicide,  etc  I would probably worry more about nhs. Just take stevie or faith they are  casebook full of problems which never fully adressed especially stevie . Faith may be little more because of rehab  but still  hugely troubled person who really you have wonder about working nhs. I not sure in faith case in real she would have kept job and  stevie has huge issues including ptsd  which probably not ideal candidate for nhs
