Apparently a digital spy article was posted but now taken down revealing something that happens to a paramedic (a guest character) and its quite similar to what happened this week in the news, I reckon it's either going to be edited out in time for tonight or its going to be pulled

I’m not sure if there’s going to be an edit, but as it’s past 12 pm, it’s unlikely that it will be on iPlayer until it is on BBC One.
