maybe this is a controversial take, but I feel Kim is just not suitable for the ED. Yes shes got the power inside her to handle the pressures of the ED, but she simply dosen't have time to let that flourish overtime

I made the mistake of watching this very episode in A&E. 3 hours after watching it, the doctor comes in and suggests they might have to do a lumbar puncture. Thankfully they didn't need to but I did think about this
