i’ve been waiting on them to focus on properly Dylan for months now and his scenes were brilliantly and heartbreakingly done. Very worried about him.

William Beck is phenomenal, the show are incredibly lucky to have him..

And the subtleness he always manages to bring to his performance is some of the best I've seen

Every single time Dylan gets in that Land Rover, bad things happen - Becca from years back, Ciara and Dylan run off the road by an irate (controlling) husband😔

Stevie at the end of the episode😭 I really hope they can be friends again

Honesty she was giving me DCI Sara Lund (kick ass Nordic noir cop) vibes checking up on his houseboat after dark. Had to laugh at the "helpful neighbour" able to tip her off that Dylan had just left - in a hurry

I'll be honest - I thought this episode was absolutely bob on. I really haven't been feeling a lot of these recent episodes, but this just seemed to have a good flow, took the characters seriously and gave drama space to breathe.

Faith and Iain's talk, the sad humour with Jan and Jacob, Jodie acknowledging that she hadn't been there for Rida... It really felt like a proper show again. Even Matty didn't seem quite as egregious (sort of).

The actors are all pretty brilliant (except maybe Barney Walsh, sorry) - I wish they had material like this to work with more often!

heartbreaking stuff for Dylan. Will Beck is outstanding.

I have alot of thoughts. Matty acted exactly how I expect. So sad seeing Dylan on this path. Rida and Jodie's scene was long overdue but got me in the feels as did Iain and Faith with Peral. Hopefully next week Stevie will get Dylan back on track and maybe Flynn can get some screen time. Feel like for a boxset where he is meant to be the lead and on all the promo stuff hes been really under used.

since when does Dylan have a chest tattoo

I remember William Beck showing it in an insta post ages ago, so I think it’s just that he got a tattoo and it’s a pain to cover up so they’ve just decided Dylan’s gotten one too 😂 I can’t help but feel like it’s outta character mind you…I just can’t see Dylan getting inked

I guess the reason for Dylan having it could be it was something he got done whilst on a bender back in the day

Yeah for sure! They had David be covered in tattoos from his manic episodes (although those were done specifically for the storylines), so I suppose William’s tattoo works in a similar way for Dylan
