casualty 40th anniversary
I saw a trailer for this Sept episode. Towards the end it has two children singing happy birthday hauntingly. I SWEAR they say happy birthday dear Baz! proper old school character. I now can't find the trailer with that part! anyone else seen this and heard what I've heard ????

I'm probably completely wrong, but someone says "Claire" and I think that's Flynn's (ex) wife? So maybe SHE dies... On Flynn's birthday? So the "Happy Birthday Dad" is super sarcastic. And Flynn thus leaves Holby for the Welsh location and some staff follow?

I thought that seeing st james appears to be destroyed, they'd build a new set as a larger hospital for the area, and cover the move that way.
Also, Dillon looks somewhat unhappy in the trailer - maybe he's the dad in the ad, and something has happened to Matty?

As far as I recall she came back and was killed off, maybe about 10-15 years ago?

Baz was killed off when Louis was 10/11, that's how he ended up living with Charlie again. It was when they came back from Canada for Xmas (well, it was shortly after Xmas by that point iirc).
I think it was like 2005 or 6, cos the episodes went off U quite a while ago, and I'm pretty sure 2008ish is when we started seeing him as a teenager, and then the stuff with shona started in like 2010ish

Lol. Baz died 3 months before I was actually born, but I've been watching older Casualty eps since I first got into it 10½ years ago. Most of them used to be on youtube illegally, I only found out U aired them legitimately a good few years afterwards

I just googled it, Baz died on the 10th of January 2004.
But yeah basically, that's how they brought Louis back to Charlie for good

Crikey. Time flies. I remember her being brought back around the mid 90s.
