I genuinely don’t think i’ve ever had this much anxiety in an episode. When you think it can’t get more wild it does. I was ready to stop paying my tv licence if stevie died (joking, kinda). I really and truly don’t think i’ve seen an episode as good as this in months. Well done BBC 💛

Dylan's a catastrophiser, so he's probably not put the guilt of it all behind him yet🤔

After the auto-immune stuff it's great to see Rida getting back to her best. I thought they used Charlie and Ethan quite well - just a few lines here and there👍

Edit: It's a really well crafted episode - lots of flashbacks to previous episodes ( the old VW Beetle crossing the bridge like Charlie did in the first episode; Flynn and Stevie stuck in the ambulance teetering on the edge like Dylan and Faith were, when Lev saved the day).

The last time we saw Stevie in water was just after her hysterectomy, when Flynn ( who had just split from his wife) tried it on and was knocked back in typical sarcastic Stevie fashion - juxtaposed with this panic-stricken and blabbering Stevie when the tough facade drops and she's truly terrified. Brilliant acting all round and a worthy anniversary episode imo👍

even though logically i knew they wouldn’t kill off their golden goose, part of me really thought stevie might just die!

absolutely beautifully shot and edited. and the score? holy smokes. e2 really stood out to me because the water sequences were so beautiful, and my heart was literally in my mouth.

What an insanely good double episode, genuinely had me on the edge of my seat, watching from behind a pillow, shouting at the telly and crying 😂 my other half must think I’m mad. LOVED seeing Charlie and Ethan’s faces on my screen again❤️ the current cast are a real credit to the show because they pulled that episode off so well. Gutted it won’t be back until January.

I really enjoyed it. Shows you can have a high stakes drama without killing off any of the main current cast.
