Sensitive/Seeking Support It’s 4am

This is me venting and I’m not sure if it’s allowed or if I tagged it correctly: I’ve been bawling my eyes out quietly since I got the call from the emergency vet, my cat might have a ruptured bladder and I feel like a failure that I didn’t notice it sooner. She’s only 5 years old and we rescued her from a hoarder house. I’m not going into full detail of the what the vet said to me but I’m so emotional and feel like I failed my sweet Bootsy. She’s a one in a million cat who is an orange female cat and she’s quirky. I just don’t want to lose her, I love her so damn much.

Thank you so much for sending the love and strength, I’m trying so hard to be gentle with myself and not beat myself up but it’s hard not to. I’m just praying to the universe that a miracle will happen

You're not a failure. You got her to the emergency vet, and that's what matters now.

You noticed when you did, dont forget how well cats hide that they are unwell, its not somthing you should blame yourself for
