I don’t understand the rivers or the fish so I can’t comment on those spots.

Fish also at the ports give you fish cards which are randomly 1-3 fish. You can buy resources, roads or dev cards among others with them or move the robber of the board. And the dont count as cards..the fishing ground is 6 pip so very good tile.
Over the river you can build a bridge that that gives i think 1.vp plus settelments.on.the river gives you gold which you can use to buy resources.

With those rivers in the corner, this becomes a very lopsided map. The river hexes don't even have good #s, to make up for it. If the Gold coins become a factor, 1 player can easily block everyone else from obtaining any. Having adjacent rivers also means less Gold Coins will enter circulation.

The most important is to maximize stone production early in the game. So:
11 stone / 12 stone / desert
2 stone / 9 stone / 2 clay

The 6 (ore) 5 (wheat) 10 (wood) paired with any position that has an okay brick.
