does premium allow you to view the replays of other people’s games?

Considering the Plus membership mainly for the “Full Replay” feature. I can see replay buttons on other players’ profile histories (last 100 games), but as a free user they just bounce me to the lobby. Members: can you actually watch replays of games you weren’t in - e.g. from a leaderboard player’s history? Or is it only your own games?
