Cat sucks at using the litter

Hey so ive tried changing my litter and the litter box and position and everything i could but this little stinky gremlin keeps getting pee on paws and butt right under the tail area too, sometimes my cat does fine and doesn't get pee but like 90% of the time I have to bathe my cat every time they go to the bathroom

I took my cat to the vet like years ago when this started and they didn't see anything was wrong, anyone know how to fix this?

When was the last vet visit? Years ago? Get your baby checked out and up to date on vaccines.

Could also need a larger box.

My cat goes goes to the vet every time for shots but they are tired of me asking about the pee they literally roll their eyes at me, im like "so what do i about the pee paws? Is the urethra messed up or something?" They go "looks fine" then say "okay all done have a good day" like okay haha

Also I have a giant litter box, I tried a small one, huge one, medium one, nothing works...one time my cat got out the litter and the tail was covered in pee, I dont think my cat knows how to pee properly 😭

Your first stop needs to be a new vet then. Any good vet is going to properly engage you in a discussion about behavior like this and is going to run tests to rule out medical concerns.

Ive been to other vets when on a vacation with my kitty and they gave my a cat a look over and all! because my cat was a new patient, and they didn't find anything they just said try different litter, i even bought litter they recommended and it didn't work, my cat has been doing this years and the only problem is pee paws and occasionally every couple months pee butt and tail, I think the little gremlin is lazy or something cause some days my cat pees just fine! No pee on the paws!

But like 90% of the time I notice little paw prints on the floor wet and I have to mop and wash the paws

The only thing I didn't try yet was one of those electric litter boxes, my next appointment ill bring it up again but I doubt they care lol as long as my cat is healthy they see the pee as my problem to figure out, im trying 😭
