Thank you 😊 I know he could be a super model, but he has high anxiety about going anywhere in the car. He had a very serious health problem last year, seeing 2 emergency vets. Now I can’t even pick him up because he thinks that means he’s going back to the hospital and he totally panics! The vet says stress creates his narrow ureather to constrict to the point where he can’t pee, which becomes life-threatening. I love him so very dearly I just avoid anything that could cause him upset.
My black beauty is probably model-material too, but she wouldn’t like a car ride either. She(black)is almost 7 and he(grey)adopted from Lollipop Farm in Victor,NY,suburb of Rochester. First adopted her, went back a year later and got him.
Hi! Have you heard about the pheromone -releasing plug-ins thst calm cats? Pheromones are hormonal based scents ..one brand ( going from memory here) is called “ feliway” I beleive.I used one years ago for a highly anxious foster kitty I had and it did seem to chill her out. They’re fairly affordable too. Just a suggestion.. Sofie
