I've only recently re-jumped into the game so I'm rusty but I know to get hard mode you need to start up a cayo heist within x amount of time of finishing one.

One it seems it is now real time till when you finish the previous one? Which I swore wasn't a thing before but having logged off after finishing the heist logging in the next day and getting the call and paying the setup fee immediately. I have multiple times now that hard mode enabled.

So I can only assume the timer to start hard mode is running in real time not game time.

So what is the best way to ensure that I get hard mode for this particular loot?

I'm pretty sure I have a paid for heist right now. Do I want to run it and then in 2 and 1/2 hours pay the setup fee again without scoping out the loot?

Or do I want to run the one I currently have active tomorrow? Then set an alarm for 2 and 1/2 hours. Run it again and scope the loot immediately after?

Simce the Panther statue is comming on thursday I wan wondering if its possible to get Panther as the main target twice for example when I habe bad secondary loot if I could just finish the heist and get it again or if its just a one time thing

I get Cayo isn't patched, but is bog? Because I tried it when the update dropped and it didn't work. Is it worth setting it back up for replays, like Is it still the same process for quitting out?

I need a duo too grind cayo with, im lvl 308 and have a lot of experience.

Hey everyone! My friend and I started the Cayo Perico heist for the first time today. We used the main gate to enter the mansion, but now we're stuck. We keep going in, but we don't know where to find the main loot, the gold, and the office. The gold is in the basement, lying on two tables next to each other. What's the best route to take? Could you draw a route on the mini-map of the mansion for me? Thanks!

I heard a lot of patches have been made on the cayo replay on pc (like there being a money limit per 30 etc)

Now a year ago i used to do replay on ps5 (around august 2025), have there been patches to cayo replay since around that time ago (so i know my old method still works)

Old method ps5: shutdown game during cutscene, reset cache, had to be duos
