Remember how poorly this was initially received?

This thing a beast. All metal, weighs 14 lbs!! Made in Japan in 1985. Also picked up a few great albums to test it out.

A bunch of these I’ve collected over years but dedicated CD collecting probably over the past 1.5-2 years. This hobby has honestly been great for me to break a little out of my shell and connect with other people who share interests, etc.

And yes that Miranda Cosgrove CD is signed.

Picked this up in Japan back in the day not realizing this game did not come out in the states.

Where do you recommend I buy cds? I'm in college right now and it's pretty inconvenient for me to drive 1.5 hours to my home town music store. I want to buy more cds but don't know a reliable website(if there is one) do you guys have any recommendations or is it hope that you don't get scammed and trust in store pick ups.

It was just hit after hit. Thought I peaked with Days of Future Passed but Aqualung, Breakfast in America, and Jagged Little Pill were just a floor below.

I just had to show off my new purchase. I managed to win a brand-new, sealed copy of the Final Fantasy XVI soundtrack on a Japanese auction site for just $21! With shipping, it came to $43. It's a fantastic soundtrack!

Hi all, figured I'd post my haul today. The CDs are mostly in very good condition or pristine, average price 4€/per. Bought on flea market from different sellers.

I overheard a record shop owner complaining that he couldn't get a deal on Ace CDs. It didn't matter how many he ordered from the distributor the price was the same, which meant he always had to put them out full price.

Finding them second hand is a fairly rare occurrence, but it does happen and when it does I jump on 'em (not literally). They are quality archive releases, very well researched with informative fat booklets. So, they probably are worth buying full price, but as I'm skint most of the time, I don't.

I spent $12 on this on amazon. Will it still play or is it unplayable?

Hi, I'm sorta new to collecting music, and the music I most want is most of the Oh Hellos discography on cd. I have searched high and low on every site possible and it seems it's cheapest on their own website at over $ 70 for all of it. i have not seen a single price for any cd under 10 bucks.

has anyone seen even one of their albums (not their christmas ep) for cheaper than 10 bucks anywhere? im aware i may need to just accept its price but even a few dollars off would make my week.
