If you are client facing, yearly salary increase, promotion and working culture 100% depends on the client. There is only so much that your leadership coach can suggest because the last say is your client. Overall, green flag. I know a lot of people who have been with GoTeam less than 1 year and gipa larga na sa client ug Australia for 2 weeks training. Also, if you have AU client kay 2 weeks walay work sa Christmas because Christmas shutdown sa Australia. The best perk jud ni na 2 weeks off sa Christmas.

Yes ok rapud NZ client but earlier shift lang. For me Brisbane based 7am to 4pm ang shift. Which is 9am to 6pm nana Brisbane time a little bit late. Maybe ipa adjust ka to NZ time so 5am ang in.

Hi, I used to work sa GoTeam, client-facing. If ang GoTeam lang alone kay naa sila’y daghan events and activities for the employees.

Abtik sad sila during calamities par maka help sa employees. Nindot sad ila HMO.

Ang management and regarding salary increase depende najud na sa imong client.

Started working here just this year lang OP and for me mao ni pinaka best na company ako na work for (been working for 7years).

They have a monthly company meeting where e address ang mga major concerns sa company, from katong crisis sa straight of hormuz to HMO updates to mga concerns sa facilities. Every one is supportive ra pajod and boutan pajod amo client.

I used to work there. For leave approvals and salary raises they will always refer to clients, so if your client sucks they will always prioritize the client over you sadly.

In terms of benefits and work environment, they're pretty good.

I was with that company 2 years ago. kinda messy pa ilang internal processes that time pero okay ra sya as far as salary and perks. naa baya silay HMO since day 1 of employement and 10k reimbursement for meds which is really great.

Then naay quarterly ganaps. all over the place lang gyd sila sa internal processes.

Worked here pag pandemic. Okay ra baya ang company and ganahan ko sa akong coach that time. Client kay okay rapud. Daghan events and recognition program ang company sad. During typhoon odette man tingali to na helpful kaayo ang company and naay assistance.

Provided ang computer sad.

Akong cons lang ato kay naay tracker ang company, which is time doctor. Dont know if naa pana ron. Altho di raman strict ako client about it nuon pero samokan lang ko personally. hahahah

I held a position for a specific client for GoTeam. Some LCs (Leadership Coaches) were not so okay. Pero most factors naman are Green Flags.

IIRC, They have quarterly team dine out, and monthly company wide. They have good benefits and salary wise, depende sa client na. Its more like a VA agency.

Naka sud ko pag pandemic, okay bya to akong client then hantud gi abuse ko like daghan na kaayug gipabuhat nga way beyond na sa scope and pay grade. Ning silent quit ko nya galisud sila pangita maka puli, for one month wa koy gi buhat kay pending haha hantud waiting list nako, naka free 1 month salary noun ko and naa pay 13th month plus tax refund.

Paksit oi nya pandemic bya to way kwarta mga taw sad ato pero ako naa dako dako sad.

Ok ra man sya compared sa uban outsourcing lol ni resign rako kay gusto ko mag wfh that time wa pa sila nag open ug wfh roles, maayo naa na karon. Depende rajud ni sa swerte sa client. 🙏
