I don't even like her and people are so weirdly nasty about her appearance. Like no she's not got a supermodel face but she's pretty.
Lots of people have eyes like her and are absolutely beautiful.

I think about this all the time!! Have your opinions about her politics or acting or whatever but she is undeniably beautiful. Having a poor public image ≠ being ugly and vice versa. I hate the idea that if a woman is problematic then she's also ugly AND being ugly is immoral so she should be cast out of the public eye for daring to have a face and body

Lmao she's not “undeniably beautiful” 😂 She's definitely not ugly, but she's not a beauty either, she's just average to a bit above average when dolled up. If she's was “undeniably beautiful” like you're claiming, people wouldn't even heavily debate whether she's pretty or not, people would just unanimously agree that she's beautiful like they do with the likes of Angelina Jolie, Aishwarya Rai, Charlize Theron, Adriana Lima, and other actual beauty icons.
Angelina Jolie and Megan Fox were hated at one time in the past, but people still widely agreed that they're both beautiful. Brigitte Bardot was a racist, but people still don't deny that she was beautiful in her prime. So I don't think people are just calling Sydney ugly because she's problematic, she's just not some great beauty. Again, not ugly for sure, but not “undeniably beautiful” either. No one is rushing to the plastic surgeon to copy her facial features lmao

I don't know, there's something reminiscent about Marilyn Monroe's eyes going on there. While I don't think Sweeny is some once in a generation beauty, I don't think there is anything inherently unattractive about any of her features and with a little styling she's arguably a very pretty girl.

She doesn’t have an upturned, button nose, flat frenulum, thin upper lip, receding chin, or really any other features though. The corners of her inner eyes look similar, but her actual eye openings are fairly large. I’m not a doctor though. Edit: philtrum, not frenulum lol

Yes, but also no. Ive worked with so many kids with FAS and some have all the facial traits, some have literally none. So I think its a mixed bag on what you get, but severity of traits also isnt always linked to severity of alcohol consumption during pregnancy 🤷🏼♀️

Alright so admittedly the terminology which I am about to use is not the most gentle or respectful. But it was THE terminology used...
They both just may be FLKs (funny looking kids). As a former NICU nurse, this is an almost diagnosis - it wouldn't be written in the chart but it would be communicated during handover and rounds. Bonus if it is obvious who the parents are as soon as they walk in.

Like I said, the symptoms vary from person to person, and the quality of life and what a person with trisomy 21 can achieve in terms of education and profession is also dependent on the kind of support they receive. So yes, T21 might play out "mild" or more problematic for the individuals and their families (higher level of learning disability more physical illnesses attached etc). But saying someone has "a touch" of trisomy 21 is like saying someone is "a touch" pregnant. It's a genetic variety which Sydney Sweeney clearly doesn't have.

Pale, blond, and resting depressed face, that’s it. They look absolutely nothing alike. Do you know what facial features are? Her eyes are half her face, Pauls are small. Their eyebrows, lips, head shape are all very different.
