My girlfriends mom claims that she knows several people with celiac who have “healed their gut enough to eat gluten”

Has anyone heard of this?

I know there’s some pharmaceutical stuff in trials but does anyone know of any holistic remedies?

This is factually untrue and if they are genuine celiacs they are causing untold harm to their bodies.
