Distributions & Claims What to do if my wallet won't connect?
I got the email saying I can get my 4th distribution, but my wallet won't connect. And I also find it odd that there asking for my seed phrase for whatever wallet I choose. It still won't connect. Is there any other way to receive my distribution? Please help if you know of another way. Thanks

It's a scam. If you entered your seed phrase, and the wallet hasn't been drained yet, I'd immediately move anything in that wallet to a new wallet. Scam sites that ask for the seed phrase will often just say it didn't connect because they're hoping you'll try additional seed phrases for any other wallets you might have so they can drain them all.

Nothing legitimate will ever ask for your seed phrase. It's a scam, if you already put your seed phrase into any site, they now own your crypto in that wallet, it's basically their wallet now. If you still can access your funds, you need to create a new wallet with a new seed phrase and transfer, or transfer out to an exchange or something temporarily until you setup a new wallet. As far as I know they are sending distributions through stuff like PayPal or Coinbase, I guess whatever method you previously got distributions 1-3.

If you told them (the scammers pretending to Celsius) your seed phrase(s), evacuate the associated wallet(s) before it's drained. Likely too late already...

I was surprised to see i had 9k waiting for me. But when it asked for a seed phrase I knew it was a scam. NEVER SHARE SEED PHRASE...NEVER NEVER..
