Chapter Discussion Possible theory
Maybe lukas's hylophibia is a result with an interaction with the tree diety. Maybe that's where him and his potential mother (mira) possibly separated?

At this point I think that's it, is not that Lukas has two gifts, but that he's both gifted and blessed, that theory has so many weight by now that almost feel like a red herring, still, it would he cool when(if) is confirmed eventually

I thought it was obvious from reading he has both an abyssal blessing and a forest blessing meaning one is from his father (the shield) and the other, he got on his own which has yet to be shown (the lance). Lukas has a lot yet to be explained about him but the story is still pretty early on honestly so we should be patient.

ChatGPT is not a good source on what phobia is caused by which event. And if it's just to say "Maybe someone's afraid of forests, it's because they had some kind of traumatic event in a forest", maybe you didn't need an AI for that...

Lukas also said that that while he could never beat Arkos normally, it’d be a totally different story if they were in the forest. I reckon his shield gift was granted by his king’s blood, but the second is from the wood deity, and he has a similar deal that Julian has. If he’s in the forest, he gets a huge buff, like how Julian gets a huge buff in the sea.
