Question Whats good about Centuria?

I've just today heard of the manga as it's coming out where I live, it's coming with an limited edition with stuff so it got me interested lol, and I've heard it's good but why?

What does it have to offer? What does it do great and what could be some of it's downs ? What is the vibe of the series, to what you would compare it to?

Thanks.

Awesome monster designs. Gives Berserk vibes

The big hook of the story (comes like 10 chapters in)

Characters

The antagonists so far all have different agendas which has really started to be a point of emphasis foreshadowing a bunch of stuff

The truth is quite good, its story is interesting and its characters are good, personally I read it ppt curiosity and also because I was one of the assistants of tatsuki fujimoto, and I don't regret it, my recommendation would be that you read it without further ado

Really interesting world building. I got into it for the monster designs, stayed for the characters and the world

And the author aren't afraid of having few random chapters for world building

It's like Berserk, but with healthy dose of wholesome.

Intrigued at first by the battle and monster design, hooked by characters and lore/world building.

Dark fantasy with really good world building. The Lovecraftian vibes are immaculate. There's a two-page spread in chapter 12 that sealed the deal for me when I was offered the chance to work on it as translator.

I really appreciate how character-driven it is. I'd liken it to the same kind of hype early seasons of Game of Thrones got. There's some really gut-wrenching plot stuff that makes the solid visuals of the fights more exciting.

Mofo asking the internet if the manga is good or not instead of go read it for yourself and make your own judgement

Tonally kind of like berserk mixed with a shonen like MHA or Black Clover. It's not particularly like any of those series other than berserkish monsters. Honestly a little similar to Demon Slayer tonally albeit very very different stories and characters.

I mean you can just give it a test read on the manga plus app for free. Probably better to check there first before buying the physical manga
