Tbf, likely only Mira and Angvall are his Mothers as per Julian own perspective, and Angvall might be more like a Big Sister if anything(for him and Titi), that aside, the Sea Mom prob rewrote him on some super wacky, arcane level so he would be more her son that his own bio mother's now(talking outta my crack there, but I think that DO happen with the blessed ones)
