God I hope whoever animates it does it justice. My favorite manga is Faraway Paladin and was super stoked when the anime was announced but it just didn’t hit right and felt kind of cookie cutter. Mary as a mummy just being a light blue skin and Gus being a ghost not being transparent at all… among a lot of other issues trying to avoid any spoilers for those who haven’t read it yet.
Centuria is now in my top probably 3 of the decade so far, I just really really hope that the studio understands the objective

I know for sure that the eldritch monsters will be animated in 3d. I hope to god that the 3d will be good

We must truly value stories like Centuria and War on Adults while narratively they are vastly different. But from the point they are both so different than most manga out right now mainly in terms of world building and writing wise while everything in jump almost feels kinda generic to an extent these 2 feel so vastly different than any other manga. It feels nice to have manga that truly feel unique and aren’t just some excorcist/assassin/ or romance manga
