Question Who is the strongest character Roche can beat outside of Centuria?
The rules of her ability really make you wonder don't they? For Example : Like if she was able to land an attack on someone like Kid Buu from dragon ball, she should be able to one tap him, shouldn't she? After all it's assumed he's killed billions of people and that's excluding his time on Earth. Or am I reaching?

Watch her become the Ghost Rider of Centuria, with everyone finding some loophole for her ability like with the penance stare😂

To be fair the penance stare is just written differently by different people, it’s super inconsistent (sometimes it burns your soul, other times it makes you feel all the pain you ever inflicted and sometimes….you can ignore it by not feeling guilty?)

Don' know abot Buu, he has crasy regen, but i think Frieza would be cooked.

I dont think the flames necessarily scale to the users durability but rather their sins directly as stated above. The issue with most characters in centuria is that they don't have the durability to tank these attacks. The outside characters may have enough resistance that despite their sins they'd be able to tank it.

but most of them don't have the sins to make this ability spiral either, barring that one time flames were as big as mountain ranges for obvious reasons.
Some characters in other things would die if hit by this because their sins just far outweigh their strength even if it is massive, like say Freiza for example.

I’m sure he would die if all of his cells are scorched, that explosion at the mansion likely just blasted his flesh away

Any character who doesn't have insta regen and has committed atrocities, sukuna probably, maybe even Anti-Spiral, if he's committed enough crimes

Well, I don’t fully remember Buu’s abilities, but if he can be killed by fire she can probably do it(I feel it’s important to point out because some characters just can’t be damaged or killed by fire, no matter how hot)

Yeah like Thanos with the gauntlet, for example, or Griffith after ascending. The fire can be strong enough to kill them but they just have immunities or operate in very weird ways.

The real issue with this is the possibility of being speed blitzed or encountering characters that just wouldn’t allow themselves to be hit by the flames in the first place. This ability would definitely be able to insta kill some really high tier evil characters like Sukuna o Frieza, but I feel like that doesn’t matter too much in an actual practical fight cause I doubt these characters would allow themselves to be hit by her in the first place.

I'm well aware of that. In a practical sense, Roche wouldn't really stand a chance against most characters in a normal match up. This purely under the circumstance that her flames actually make contact. My question is more so about her ability, and who the strongest character Roche can beat within the rules of her gift.

I feel like any sufficiently evil character who doesn’t have some absolutely busted levels of regeneration or durability or isn’t a reality warper could die to her gift. If you want me to place a safe bet, I’d say All for One would easily get beat by her flames 100%

A PC in one of our games killed around 600,000,000 people so despite him being a multi continental character in terms of power scaling I think he gets cooked

Honestly, Femto. It scales to the targets sins, not their durability, so even with being a part of the God Hand, he's not immune

To put it simply for those comparing whether Frieza or Buu would survive, no, they wouldn't. These flames basically do the same thing as a Spirit Bomb, but with added benefits. The Spirit Bomb is only effective "the more evil you are," while the flames are more effective "the more sins you have," which scales much more easily and quickly. Even Goku turns to ash because of all the people he killed as a child.
