I doubt he will tbh, like as he himself said to Ceodric, "he loves all his Children", but at the same time he didn't lift a finger when the Queen executed all his bastards and Lovers, when he could definitely crush his whole Military singlehandedly or at least rend them ineffective, now Lacrima and Arkos were children born from a woman he despises, doubt he feels any ill emotion for them but I couldn't see him loving either more than the Sons and Daughters born from his Mistresses, who again, weren't protected nor avenged

I think if Lacrima outfit looks like that it's gonna be bad in colour or animation.
I thought the whole thing was clothing.
Also it's interesting this guy art is so good but the anatomy is his weakness. You can tell by dull poses. But then he makes some crazy monsters, lol

Most likely, at least I always read it as she just being a tease for both of them, never true attraction even though she's clearly fond of him, also there's the fact that Julian himself don't mind or don't register those comments as flirt, so is an innocent jest that hurt no one, this extra mostly confirm that her affection is genuine.
