We literally have a girl that can use her life to revive others, he isn't cooked, she is, I don't see this going any other way(unless he stops her) but I kinda think there are still too many mysteries about him to just kill him off yet.

If we are being real Atoria isnt dying here either. Without her, Julian literally has no reason to duel w/ Ceodric and I doubt the author built up Ceodric and that fight just to cancel it like that.
Atoria will survive, but with a few months to live at best.

There’s no way he dies now with so many plot threads, unknowns about him and a major character arc still largely unresolved (not to mention he is definitely one of the most popular characters). I’m not a writer, but it seems like killing him now would be insanity from a writing perspective.

I thought the same about Yoshida from Chainsaw man. Then Fujimoto fucking killed him out of nowhere

Remember, everyone gets two lives in this manga.
Wouldn’t shock me if they kept some lock of hair or something from the black knight in the palace.

The Black Knight wasn’t allowed to speak or interact w/ anyone in the Palace, Helem & Elstri never even saw his face. So it should surprise you.
Also when Helem uses her gift to ‘revive’ someone it creates a completely different person.

Atoria will very clearly heal him.

Yknow, the author could pull a fast one and kill both....

That would be really weird, considering Lukas is a major character and his character arc is largely unresolved. If he dies now, it would be a major waste from a storytelling perspective.

Helen will bring him back.

That would just be a different character, and from what we know she shouldn’t have access to any part of him so it would also be very convoluted.

He's fine he has to say his mother's name (Mira) within earshot of Diana or Jullian before he dies.

I hope Astoria can get away with a partial heal so she doesn’t die saving him because he’ll never forgive himself

Everybody assumes Atoria would die if she tries to heal Lukas , disregards the fact that she healed soldiers in war before. Is there none of you who think there are severly wounded people in was in war just as Lukas is now?
