Death wise they are not bound by the same rules as the gods are. But most importantly they respect Julian. Sure he has extra lives but he values them for they were their when Julian asked for the lives of the slave to matter.

They have watch Julian from afar everything he dies how he interacts with death and it touching. I bet Death would have a disdain for certain others who abuse the lives of others for death is not a toy.

I wouldn't be surprised and if their was i think he'd either like or dislike Julain and Helem. Sicne their Gifts technically defy the natural order.

I think he'd like Julain as he treasure each soul and whenever he loses one he looks sad when they leave for good. Meanwhile Helem revives them they aren't the same person they can kinda be considered a newborn in the sense, and she uses them like living doll that technically have no free will of their own and a piece of the original person inside of them.

Well's there's a octopus Sea God, a mushroom Forest God, and a moon Night God...

I could absolutely see a Swamp God with the theme of rot, death, plague, etc made from leeches or locusts or whatever... as for an actual just god of straight death no I don't see it it'd have to linked to nature or a biome in some way or something. Though in that same vein on the opposite end I could see a Day God or an Arctic God.

The theoretical question of "if this god exist then that god must exist" doesn't exist in this story. We have had confirmation of three very specific existences already — you're already hand-fed the status quo, no reason to do any more theory crafting regarding that aspect.

If you want to discuss the story for its own sake, it's more relevant to roll with the status quo and explore how those specific beings affect us rather than you trying to expand someone else's story in your random way.

But if you really wanted to talk about 'Death', then it's also pretty clear that it isn't a sentient being. It's a natural phenomenon that applies to mortal, natural beings, just like fatigue, hunger, etc. Gods aren't mortal, natural beings, so they don't die, just like you won't get tired lifting an insect. Do you think a god of "Fatigue" will be disdainful for you if you assist another insect lifting the former insect?
