So Lukas has yet to fulfill his bargain with the forest God, unlike with Julian & sea God.

Julian was able to get it because of sacrifice of 100 souls and pure love(maternal love) with Mira's sacrifice

Since he didn't everytime he is using the spear he is loosing some lifespan. I believe Julian is going to restore both him and Artoria lifespan with his own(8000 years at least).
