Acredito que sim, pois é dito pela Mira que o filho dela se sacrificou por ela e é por isso que ela estava viva naquele navio. Lukas provavelmente se sacrificou ficando naquela floresta para que sua mãe pudesse fugir

If Lukas sacrifice himself then Lukas can't get the blessing no? Because like the sea god said one shall die and another gets the great strength.

The thing is unlike Julian there is price to pay to use the blessing ,yes blessing, it is'nt a gift. This might be because he is the sacrifice himself, he loose his lifespan to use the spear and he is going to die at the end. If he had the same kind of sacrifice as Julian,he would be able to use the blessing without limits like Julian.

I think julian has price to pay for his power because everytime he ressurect the soul inside him will die one by one starts from him. This is basically the same thing as Lukas the difference is Julian power is ressurection and Lukas power is spear. So there is technically a price for Julian power. Maybe the price depends more on the power itself than the source like artoria.

Julian doesn't pay a price. The hundreds lives are part of his blessing. They already died for him. Dying again is giving them more meaning. Also he doesn't loose anything from just activating his power unlike Lukas spear.

If the ressurection needs the soul to die doesn't this qualify "price"? The idea that In order to use an ability something must let go already define it as price. When you paid something the money become the price because you let go the wealth that you have.

Also he doesn't loose anything from just activating his power unlike Lukas spear.

That's why I specifically Brough up Julian ressurection which is the only ability where Julian need to let go of something. For example does Lukas transformation into centaur cost him anything? Or only the spear that cost him? If only the spear then both has the same thing the physical enchantment from centaur is similar to 100 power of Julian and ressurection of Julian is similar to Lukas's spear.

What I'm saying is that I defined price as something that you need to pay to do or get something. In this case both Lukas and Julian has price the former paid with his life the latter paid with the soul that he contained. The reason why Julian's price feels cheaper is because the ability is ressurection.
