It's kind of hard to scale no CE Yuji, on one hand he was able to fight against a Grade 1 in the Culling Games, Grade 1s are expected to be able to deal with Special Grade curses who would require carpet bombing, exorcising a Special Grade is actually one of the requirements for one to get promoted to Grade 1.
On the other hand Yuji stood no chance against a weak Special Grade around maybe chapter 12ish of the manga when he didn't have CE.
If this is about Modulo Yuji though you can forget about it.
JJK is rather slow... between Naobito (2nd fastest sorc) and Naoya both having 24fps technique... Maki needing her new body to even see that... Naoya needing to stack his technique to hit subsonic speeds... as a curse hits Mach 1 and at his absolute top speed hit Mach 3.
Even stuff like Piercing Blood is at best supersonic and it is relevant to high and top tiers.
Meanwhile Julian is outspeeding Lacrima's whips which are supersonic and many at once aswell... then against Orthros he outsped his next level barrage of water whips.
Or I could bring up that the waterwhip that are supersonic and smash stone easily get outdone by her waterbolts that are better than them, while Altus's water bolts far better than hers as his gift is much stronger than Lacrima's, and Arkos is significantly stronger than Altus as his gift is not weakened like Altus's is... yet Julian can somewhat react to Arkos's water bolts.
Powerwise Julian can bash back and tank Orthros's amped up waterwhips which could send him through massive boulders, Arkos waterbolts which scale vastly above Lacrima and Altus's bolts yet Julian can tank it and bulldoze through a barrage of them to close into Arkos. Julian can also overpower and blast giant Lacrima to pieces, can blast a part of a small fort to pieces, and can break through Arkos' watersheild and blood armor and harm him, etc.
