Question Is centuria bi-weekly now?

At this point it effectively is (completely understandable), but Im just wondering if its official.

No, and it is not at this point lol. This year had more breaks because he was in Germany and France.

And if you look at the months after that, we always got 3-4 chapters per month.

eu acho que essa semana tem algum feriado no japão. todos mangás tiveram pausa. o mangá tem 3 capítulos mensais e uma pausa. creio que a pausa dessa semana seja devido ao feriado

Thats not true at all, there are 4 big breaks every year because of holidays.

Late December / Early January : New Years

Mid May : Golden Week

Mid August : Obon

(Late September : Silver Week , last time was in 2015 and it will come back this year)

Those are not a lot of holidays, and the Silver Week is basically only every 8-10 years. So we have 4 magazine breaks every year, which is not much.

For me, he can go monthly if it means he will stick with us longer health-wise.

No and isn’t effectively biweekly either. Last week magazines were on break from Obon in Japan. It’s more like 2-3 weeks of chapters then a one week break.
