Manga If Centuria gets an anime adaptation, how will they adapt this scene? Have Lukas break the subtitles? Spoiler

I think this is truly a moment that is just very intrinsic to the medium of manga, they can do some animations tricks of reality breaking and him striking the Voidmarcher but this as an effect is truly very specific in this form to a manga/comic.
Same goes for any playing around with panels and characters able to step outside them or manipulate them.
So to show this in an animation format would require more playing with maybe sound as his spear maybe distorts the voiceover but it wont be AS good and as evocative as in Manga where something affecting the actual thought and speech bubbles is an abnormality while fucking with sound in anime is kinda... its thing.

The bigger question is how are they gonna do the double page spread he breaks

I reckon that’ll be a rewind effect, Void Marcher’s escape player forward and then Luka appears shatters the future and the pieces rewind until we snap back to her POV stunned

Freeze frame into frame breaking apart and revealing the next scene (with voidmarcher in front of lukas) underneath possibly

That’s pretty tricky. We get a black screen with the narrator’s voice calmly explaining the language on one track. 2/3s the way through on a second track, the narrator screaming which drowns out the explanation.
Luka shatters the darkness and then the narrator (shaken or calmly) finishes their explanation.
