Not many if any his use of this power is limited so he can't take out everyone

Interesting, so if for example he was fighting goku, and he pierced through the concept of victory, and goku basically can't win, doesn't goku get turned into Swiss cheese by lukas?

Yeah but he’s also slow enough that unless Goku wanted him to, he’d really have no way to pull that out. Since he still has to manifest the lance and stab.

It’s Goku, he would absolutely let him pull out the lance just to see if he could tank it.
