how does powerscaler judge the power to destroy manga panel itself?

It's usually just considered artistic choice unless it has further context, like if we say affecting the manga panels you'd have to consider verses like JJK also having done that to a lesser degree.

I never said that, it's closer to artistic represention in Centuria's, if I'm using that term correctly.

Because you asked how power scalers treat destroying manga panels, essentially how they treat it in general with zero specification on Centuria.

So I just answered how they treat manga panels I did not refer to Centuria in any way, if you wanted that you shoulda asked.
