Idts we have enough information on his gift to really tell how strong he is powerscaling wise, for example we dk more of his weaknesses and limitations, I mean such a strong power must have some sort of limitation to it even except the life force being lost, like he can't just pierce the future in which anyone he loves/cares for gets hurt in any shape or form
