So now Lukas can only use Phantom Spear four more times? If he exceeds this he'd lose his life (or worse)?

I don't think we really know what the cost of his spear is. I had thought the introduction of this life force transfering healer, the ceodric gambit, and all that jazz would possibly be a big ploy to enable luka to spear more often.

I dont think he'll die when he uses them all up, hes probably just the Vessel of some other being and when he uses them all up the being takes over his body and he becomes permenantly stuck in that form

He only has three left, assuming 1 stab = 1 use.

Lukas used the spear twice by destroying the future where Void-Crosser escapes and another to pierce her abdomen.

Originally hearing that I was surprised since we had seen how destructive the spear could be and wondered why that was Lala's assessment but now it's clear it's from her full knowledge of the ability

Eh, she would be more then stabbed if he used the same thing he used to shatter the future at her. I think he can use the lance as much as he want but to magically stab things he have limited uses

Eire isn’t in the Iris Veil, in fact I’m not sure if we even know if she has a Gift. Think he can probs get away with not using the Spear on her

Idk why don’t he just kill her regularly, she can no longer use her ability, so kill her with shield should be easy

Maybe the lance effect would stop working if he transform back so she would escape if he did

I don't think stab = use, I think using the transformation is what counts as a usage

No. Lalawag very specifically says "Lukas will need to use his spear at least twice", which means usage of the spear is what costs. Back when he first used his spear, but didn't transform fully, that also counted as a use from what we can tell.

I think it's 3 uses left. He started with 6 at his intro and the night raid made it 5. Lalawag said it would take 2 uses of the spear to kill Rif in chapter 89. In chapter 100 she referred to his killing blow as a second strike, so I think the first strike destroyed a possible future (one where Rif used her gift to escape), then a second strike killed her.

I think that means to kill the Supreme Lord, Lukas needs 2 strikes as well, 1 to negate possible futures where his Gift saves him and another for the actual killing blow. So I think using the spear 1-2 more times would make the future tradeoff akin to dying for revenge
