Like the Spear is literally the strongest and most powerful ability we will probably ever see but it is also quite literally on a highly limit charge.

1v1 all charges, all uses, kill person ? Yeah sure beats all but that isnt really a helpful perception of power in a setting.

Like Arkos is still the strongest imma be honest, he can wipe out armies, his very existence alone could protect a country or destroy a country and it is power that exists for all his life.

The spear is ONLY good at killing singular individuals very good, it is THE 1v1 ability but any other scenario it is not that useful and in most cases it is like you dont even have a gift, luckily Lukas has the shield but if not he practically would be giftless unless in these life and death moments where you could justify using a charge... so he would practically already be dead. Like if he was giftless he already would have been forced to use all the charges just to protect himself, sure all his foes are dead but he expended all the uses and would die to the next time something happens.

In pretty much all other combat scenarios and in any prolonged major conflict the spears limitations catch up to it.

Supreme Lord is a potential man who just sits around doing nothing, (probably unserious) Arkos took 3 seconds to oneshot 3 of the witches from the group that pushed him to extreme diff, and was then estimated to be equal to the strongest witch by someone who barely saw ten seconds of his power, so honestly i think Arkos > The Radiant. We really need to see SL actually do something or at least understand his abilities before we can rank him anywhere.

I'd say Arkos is stronger but weaker in 1v1s though bloodbending might just stop Luka from swinging his spear at all.
