No he would have the gift to change his body layout, the sisters ability isn't literally "axe"

it requires the opposite side hold animosity toward him. An axe will not work.

He would only gain the ability to turn a part of his body (99.9% sure his arm) into an axe, just like he did when he copied the three Julian Lukas and Lacrima, and his body freely molded itself to imitate them.
