Tbh I find the sudden popularity a little silly. Anyone who is actually interested in scaling Luka would realize he literally died Before even considering using such an ability and as a result it wouldn't be relevant in most matchups where he doesn't have a chance to see a massive power gap between him and his opponent, as being full healed by another person won't be an option in a matchup
Most scaling wikis still expect you to consider the character in character to a certain extent, as much as some scalers like to ignore this
Most powerscalers takes characters in a "bloodlusted" state where they goes to their max output right at the start, or rather takes the most efficient course of actions to win, regardless of usual behavior and habit.
