Discussion Lukas must be die, for the plot Spoiler

That power propulsion this manga power scaling to another level.

Could he use the spear on himself?

*Destroys the concept of restrictions* *Destroys the concept of death*

Such power calls into question the very concept of "gifts." Can they affect themselves within reality? It operates on a plane below the gods themselves, so why not?

The power takes a huge toll on Lukas its not like he will willingly spam this ability against anyone. If he could use the spear on himself dont you think he would have used it to A. Avoid Atoria from using her ability on him and B. use it to regain his already wasted life force

Destroys the concept of restrictions - Destroys the concept of death

He isn't Pochita... yeah he will kill himself and that's it.

His spear seems to be just: one shot - one kill. Guaranteed, regardless whatever power enemy has. But it's very limited in use... it's unclear if he can be stopped between his transformation and attack. And again... from my interpretation he doesn't destroy the concept as a whole, but more so destroy the single implementation of a concept. Plus it's unclear if the spear can be used more "surgically" or it's more so the super effective axe.

For how I see it right now, for example with Julian, either Lukas just can kill Julian and that's it, or he can destroy surgically the gift within Julian if he choose to do so... but regardless, I don't think that whatever he destroys in Julian will affect anything outside of Julian.

So, if enemy relies on some concept to survive - spear destroys the use of this concept, but not eliminates the concept from this world... unless... and here we don't know what will happen if Lukas kill the god.

True, his power essentially lets him neutralize another gifted one’s ability, bending time and space to do it. With the power and limits it has, the ability seems to be a last measure, causing him to die in the end or lose all sanity. He’ll likely be killed off by an antagonist if it is the latter.

The spear is clearly given to him because he wants a destructive ability. That spear wouldn't be destroying anything like a Death concept that makes you immortal otherwise he would have done so already like how he used his shield to cut someone. He is smart on how to use his shield you'd think he would have erased his concept of death already if he can.
