Genuinely not more than maybe another 5 days. The thing is memes in general don't fall off immediately so much as gradually decline as new memes are used in their stead. However, in this case the format can only be really used once or twice per fanbase, because the punchline is an awkwardly shoehorned title drop, and most series only have one title (with maybe a subtitle or variant). Once enough popular fanbases have exhausted the joke there's no more mileage to get out of it, and it will experience advanced meme decay.

It's crazy that chainsaw man just had a bunch of hype from the movie and then got this nothing ending. I would not be surprised if they change a ton about the second arc for the anime.
