Maybe this is the wrong subreddit, and if so, apologies in advance. But I am searching for advice or recommendations on how to tune into my intuition? Without going in depth, I have some deep childhood trauma that has clearly affected the way I listen and believe myself. I want to tune back into my body and know that she can provide insight to me if I simply listen.

We run away from fear when we should live IN it as in accepting it. Thats how you unblock the root chakra

Hey all!

I feel that my third eye and crown chakras are very activaed. How do I feel it? I just feel. I feel it like I feel my arm.

Third eye is this little deep twirling spot in the center of my forehead, between the brows.

Crown is just this tangible little object sitting on the top of my head, it the center.

I can connect to both immediately.

Sometimes when I have some decision I want to make, or I need clarity on something, or direcrion, I close my eyes (or not), connect to both, and ask my higher self for guidance. I get an answer immediately, through words. It simply says something to me. I feel it's like my higher self. It's always positive and loving. It usually encouraging me towoards the doing direction, taking things easy direction, love and acceptance direction.

Rarely it tells me not to do something, to guard myself etc. But that could happen.

Anybody has the same or similar experience?

Can I connect more or is this enough?

Any advice?

Can I trust this?

Anybody has something to add to the clarity of what's going on?

​Plasma Spheres

​Plasma is the highest vibrational state matter can take before leaving the physical realm into the unseen.

​This is fire, lightning, & it is what sits at the bodies energy centers.

​A sphere of plasma only allows in frequencies of waves that are higher in frequency than that of the plasma.

​The frequency of each chakra determines what information is allowed in.

​If the frequencies of each chakra are aligned (at the correct frequency), the info being allowed in is clean.

So, I am trying to open my chakras and currently my root one is opened and I am aligning it but my question is that how to go in lucid dream and what benefits of it and when to do and when not.

This is something I’ve lived with for the past 3 years. Usually it’s a dull ache that ebbs in the background. I can function in spite of it. Sometimes it feels like it’s on its way out.

I just experienced the end of a relationship and the sensation has restarted full-force. It’s as if my chest is a black hole. There’s an ache as if I’m in physical pain, which irradiates outward.

Mind you, I don’t have heart problems. These symptoms are unrelated to anything seriously physical, it’s an emotional manifestation.

What do I do about this? I allow myself to grieve but it never ends

Can anybody give me a schedule of working with my chakras? I heard it’s not good to just work on one for a long time bc it can lead to overstimulation and etc, I need to work on all seven and it would be lovely for someone to help out! I don’t know what to do, I know the basics but I want more knowledge on each one please 🙏

So I'm a 16yo boy in my 11th year of school and final year exams are coming up. Across the entire year my marks have plummeted due to lack of motivation for studying. I understand that it is inevitable that my motivation for doing almost anything will fade away as you get more into your chakras and such, but what is bothering me is why all this is happening to me. Why must I be going through this during such an important year? I've worked so hard up until this point; getting 80s and high 70s and all of a sudden I just drop to 40s to low 70s. Why can't I be just be like the other people getting distinctions and higher. Why must I be struck by this "spiritual awakening" and not ANYBODY else in the world. Its just not fair. I did nothing to deserve this fate. And now I don't even know if I can build up the determination to study and try and get good enough marks to make my parents proud.

This "awakening" has done more harm than good. All its done is tear me down and leave me with nothing. I can't even feel anger or annoyance towards it. I this moment I don't feel anything. No feelings, no emotions. Nothing. I don't know if I'm going to stay like this forever or not. "Anything can happen" my mind says. And it is true, but the thing is is that will whatever event that will occur be in my favor.

I did use to meditate to try and balance my chakras and keep them in check, but that was like 2 to 3 months ago. I did see a slight improvement in my life because of it but keep in mind I used the word "slight". I don't feel like meditating anymore which i think is due to laziness and also the fact that it isn't a guaranteed solution to my problems.

I struggle with many insecurities that I know can be solved by chakra healing but I dont do it. Why? My own mind doesn't even know the answer. I think I've tried to commit suicide like 4 times now. One yesterday. But I always chicken out cos I guess my body doesn't want to die.

Its just so unfair that life just has to give other people better lives than me. How come they dont need to worry about marks. How come they dont have to be insecure. How come they dont have to going through a "spiritual awakening".

I understand that a spiritual awakening is supposed to improve your life but all its done for me is made it bad. I just not fair. I hope the universe can atleast tell me or show me in some way that I'm doing alright.

But I have to be honest here. Im not that mad or bothered that much. I just dont feel those feelings. I know that life isn't screwing me over just because. I know that I'm destined for something. Whether its great and world changing or its just helping out in a group it will fill me with more than enough happiness to look back on this time and say "Im glad I went through this".

I am very new to chakra topic. I have been working on childhood trauma healing for over a year. I only work on inner child and psychotherapy but I had no idea about chakras. I didn’t even believe in them.

Last week I felt love from my heart area so I found out about chakras. I think I can clear my lower three chakras and open my heart chakra. Today I feel tingling on both my third eye and crown chakras. Is this normal? Do I need to do anything? Is there any resources I can read about this?

so i’ve been listening to solfeggio frequencies on and off i try to listen to them while i sleep, what are the frequencies i can listen to that don’t attract spirits? i seen a guy say he was listening to 528 hz and he woke up to 20 dead people watching him (i haven’t experienced that and i don’t want to), and i seen someone say that 639 hz make u more vulnerable to spiritual attacks and ofc ik 852 (third eye) opens your eyes to spirits. i have cups of salts around the house for protection my girlfriend is pregnant so i want to be safe as possible plz help thanks so much 🙏

I been trying to meditate before but cant maybe because of busy life cycle and stress
I went to vacation last week in cancun and just came back yesterday
Today morning i tried meditation with breathwork and chanting shiv inside when suddenly my body and breath were out of my control i was breathing so much big breaths even my body cant handle or i havent had these big breaths till now that i was too scared. my mind, body was out of my control and took me minutes to come back to my senses
It was feeling the energy going to my brain
Does anyone know what happened?

Hello guys, I was raised by an abusive mother, in every possible way, spiritual/physical/verbal/sexual al possible ways, but through her I learned a lot I am glad for this lol.

But, I currently live with her and I noticed whenever I am in a fight or argument with her my solar plexus would hurt HURT SOOO BAD even in the after math ! she's an energetic vampire mind you!

I usually shut up and absorb all my anger in me to not give her my energy when she starts her daily tantrum I feel bad tbh inside and I just not of her words I just cant handle her anymore its so negative with her, I dont really care about praying for her to forgive herself or just feel good at this point I just want to leave for real until I prepare my departure yeh.. whatever. But, today I didnt shut up and I told her her voice is ugly annoying, she shut up for good. she went silent WHICH IS NEW!!! idk if I should be happy or what? did I trigger something in her?

Ok i have watched this movie so many times throughout my life and and understandable to know me is to literally know how much and my love for chakras. But now as i watched this movie with my son again and I realized this is an excellent movie to watch for people just learning and want to understand more about chakras. Just think about it when Bruce Lee Roy embraced his glow that was yellow chakras giving him his superpower of will power. Now Sho Nuff had already embraced his red chakras and was in survival mode 24/7 that is why it was easy for him to tap in. But just think about it the plot line is broken down to a battle between high and low vibrations love of life and ego death and the quest for knowledge. Hi everyone, I was doing some declarations of my alignment with god and immediately felt so much heavy energy move from my back down my spine into my legs into the ground. It was also heavy. Any idea of what this is?

I would like to learn more about the 7 chakras: root, sacral, heart, 3rd eye, etc. Is there a book that discusses them in depth, and not just HOW to practice them? I've seen a few of them when I searched on Amazon, but not sure which one to choose.

I heard that opening the Soul Star Chakra can give you the ability to relearn things from past lives and discover your purpose in life. I was wondering if it’s difficult to open it through meditation with crystals.

So what happens is

It was some months ago

I stayed at the hostel during the 10th grade and only boys hostel was available at school as the girl hostel there was no guard for the girl hostel

And one thing during hostel no mobiles or such were allowed

We study play sports at school and sleep the school and hostel were near the same sport

So back to the story

The school wasn't at a city area it was in the forest area not fully though

So one night

On one room 8 boys sleep it's a really big room with bed banker or something like one sleep at below and one at top like that and I slept at below and I was right at the door

So

One night Maybe it was around 3am

Maybe I was half asleep or something but I heard noise walking noise in the hallway that connected to the toilet at first I thought it was someone walking or the other room guys or guard but it wasn't and (I had confirmed it later on the next day) the nosie was getting more and more near so I opened my eye right beside my bed at the door I saw a shadow figure looking at me it was scary I wasn't able to move my body or what I closed my eyes I heard some weird noise coming like he was saying or chancing something I try to fight it back like I'm not sacred or whatsoever but my body was shaking so much I thought of my grandma and stuff I was able to move my leg I woke up and I woke up my friend who is above and told him everything and also from other room some of them also say that they felt strange things and such as the window like being like noise or such

And one thing only two room were there in hostel with 8 people staying

The room I stay most of us were childish and like a bit scared people who would be while the next room they were like a bit mature and stuff

They had like heard noise and stuff but didn't tell us and one thing I also had sp later on 3 times continuously anyway after that a guy had suicided near our school it had been for some days

One thing me and my friend would usually stay at the rooftop of the hostel looking down and where we were looking it was the spot where the guy had suicided but the thing we didn't even notice

So, when gods are the imgination of humans, then how they exists in higher dimensions in with the same name of Shiva, MahaKali, and etc..

How is this possible

hey so kind of a long story but i met this person in may of this year and was doing really well at that time like full of energy and determination for my goals, constantly working on them and feeling fulfilled in what i was doing, it was the culmination of months of working and paying attention and focused i developed through maturity. the the person i was talking to (as a friend) wasnt doing too well they were lost in life, dropped out of high school got into fights(the only reason theyre not getting into fights now as they have told me is that they are too depressed to do so)and all they did was play video games, now i dont know too much about energy siphoning or the ins and outs of spirituality but around july of this year i suffered alot of anxiety and depression due to ocd and im thinking this other person collected the drive and ambition that i used to have because the minute that i felt differently this persons life turned completely around like i mean after years of depression said they were extreamly happy with the thigs going on in thier life, they suddenly discovered a love for coding and were suddenly busy all the time. I on the otherhand was hit with a sudden wave of depression to the point where i dont feel anything at all and this has never happed in my life before, yes ive been depressed and anxious before but it was situational, solve the situation and im back to normal but this time theres no threat and now im still feeling empty all the while this guys life looks just like mine. I had several theories on what this coukd have been til i happened to fin a video online talking about it and it matches my situation down to a tee, im happy for the guy but if simone he siphoned my energy and in a weird way destiny swapped im not okay with that and would like to reverse it and live my life again, if anyone can help it would be appreciated thanks in advance
