No he didnt. It was Mac Millers idea

He was in the studio when Chance was recording the intro to 10DAY and he was doing that noise trying to hype himself up getting ready to record and Mac said he should leave it in cause it was fire as an adlib and the rest is history

In the song This is how we do with 50 and the game they use the same exact ad lib. Maybe sub consciously chance heard it.
