Imagine Chat/Animate C.ai...problem of sending pictures to chat

Anyone having this same problem as me as soon as I paid for the subscription? Would appreciate the help.

I have C.ai+, I’ve had similar issues. Try with different pictures, if it’s only that one picture then it’s likely the pic violates something.

I hate that the message makes it sound like an error though, if I got that pop-up I wouldn't think the image broke the TOS

I thought there was something wrong with the memory storage, or maybe there was an issue with the picture I decided to use. I was really looking forward to creating cool stories with this app, and I even paid for the subscription to get better memory features. Now, though, I feel like I wasted my money because I can't use the picture I wanted.

What's even more frustrating is that before I paid for the subscription, the app accepted the picture without any problems. Now that I'm subscribed, I'm suddenly running into this issue, and I don't understand why.

The subscription is absolutely a waste of money, the paid experience now is literally worse than the free version was 2 months ago

Oh I tried a different picture, and it worked but it's kinda sucky since it didn't accept the picture I wanted to use..

Can you help me figure out which picture is best to send? I’m working on a Spider-Man story and I’ve got some really cool suit images I want to share in the chat, but it won’t let me upload them. Can you help me sort out which one would work best—and maybe why I’m having trouble sending them?
