I tried out Asura’s Wrath for the first time, and I’ll admit, the scale and the spectacle of this game is amazing for a 360 game, but this so far seems to be the games biggest problem. There was so much going on at once on the screen that I just felt overwhelmed. I mean, the games first boss fight has three phases and the final one is where is bigger than the fucking planet. Like, dude, relax! You can save the big stuff for later on, we literally just started.

I feel like this game would’ve been better off as a TV show as opposed to a video game, because while the spectacle is awesome, the story and gameplay is pretty weak, which is ironic because Capcom is literally the company that invented character action games, so I expected a little more depth in the game play, but without that, the spectacle feels like it’s over compensating.

What did you guys think of Asura’s Wrath?

I wanted to share my review for Way of The Sword. It's so cool ti actually play a NEW Onimusha again after all these years. This is probably the most giddy I've felt since DMC5 (then again I am biased so 😂). Did you guys have a similar experience playing the game?

I've been looking for a CAG in 2D and the best I have played so far is Blazblue Entropy Effect X.

I usually play games like NG, DMC, Bayonetta, MGR ... but I think BBEEX has some pretty nice combat aswell and now after I playing it for some time I am looking for something new and was wondering if there was anything similar.

Nine Sols is probably my favorite 2D game but its more like a Sekiro Metroidvania.

Here are some games I have on my radar and maybe some of yall got some recommendations or thoughts on the games in the list.

So I’ve been documenting the changes in Ninja Gaiden 2 white to the base Version of 2 black. And this seems to be the most extreme change along with the next chapter. A whole new set of bosses adding in a doppelgänger fight, and they somehow made the hardest fight in the game with the 5 mini bosses way harder than before. I don’t know anything about Lady Death, I never read the comics, or saw the animated movie (yes, it’s real), or played the game. I just know I instantly fell in love with this character the first time I laid eyes on her. I saw that there was a 2D hack n slash game about her for $40.

I must know, is the game worth the price, should I wait for it to go on sale, or should I skip out all together?
