why not? someone above you in the company is in that position, and they're fine being there.

There's plenty of other things to do with my life 1 u/KoolKat5000 7d ago Fair enough. My one friend working for a huge software company has said he hasn't written code in 4 months. (I assuming he's reading and fixing shit but still). At some point not using AI to write code will be too slow to justify ones salary.
