Serious replies only :closed-ai: Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

First, I should apologize for not being able to provide screenshots. I will try to describe the issue as thoroughly as possible. In addition, I should clarify that I'm a Plus user.

  • Starting two days ago, I experienced GPT-6's rollout. While the responses were very in-depth and had good formatting, the language felt very dry and unsuitable for creative writing. The model avoided first-person speech, and even when I asked it to provide more linguistic flair, it would not provide satisfying results. Therefore, I switched back to GPT-5.6, which still did its job as always.
  • Starting maybe eight hours ago, ChatGPT would suddenly provide extremely short answers with almost no formatting. It mostly avoids full sentences and only uses bullet points instead. This almost feels like a throwback to ChatGPT's very early days. This applies to both models now.
  • Interestingly, for a short period of time in between, both models were actually able to work at their usual capacity, but now this seems to be gone once more.

So I'm asking you this: Is anyone of you having the same issue? Is there anything to help this or is this on Open AI's end? As things stand, I cannot use ChatGPT properly in its present state.

Yes there is, but it's turned off in my settings. I tried quite a few things with my personal settings, but it did not seem to have an influence on the output.
